Jim Bronstien joins investor team for large marina/service yard project in heart of Costa Rica

Quepos, Costa Rica, October 23, 2006-----Marina Pez Vela, a world class marina and service yard project currently under construction in the pacific tourist center of Quepos, Costa Rica, is pleased to announce that Jim Bronstien has joined the investor team for the project.

Bronstien is known to many in the marine industry. He is currently the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer for Broward Yachts, a worldwide megayacht builder based in Ft. Lauderdale. Prior to joining Broward earlier this year, Jim previously owned and led the famed Rybovich Spencer yacht facility for 22 years.

“Marina Pez Vela is pleased to have Jim join our investor team.  His experience with serving both sportfishing clients and yacht clients, combined with his industry contacts will be invaluable to the development of our marina and boat yard.” said Harold Lovelady, the project’s founder.

“When I first discovered Quepos and the team involved, I immediately recognized that this would be a fabulous opportunity and I am very excited to be a part of the project”, says Bronstien. “The best fishing and calmest waters in all of Central America are just offshore and it is clear that that this marina will thrive from the minute it is open.”

About Marina Pez Vela

The Marina will have a 200 ton Travel-Lift and maintenance facility capable of handling full service repairs and maintenance needs, making it unique to all of Central America.

The Marina is currently offering a limited number of Preferred Shares each representing the purchaser’s right to exclusively use a slip in the Marina for the duration of the Concession.
